We learn the whole business.
Then we write the code.
Most software disappoints because someone built exactly what was specified. We start by understanding how your work actually happens — exceptions and workarounds included — then quote a fixed price a small business can actually approve.

How we work
Cheap software guesses.
We ask first.
Anyone can quote a low number. What actually saves you money is building the right thing once — and that takes understanding your whole process before we start, not just the slice that fitted into a specification.
Complete context, before any code
We learn how the business actually runs — the exceptions, the workarounds, the thing one person does every Friday that nobody documented. Software fails when it is built from a specification instead of an understanding.
We build the whole picture
Not just the screen you asked for. If the invoice depends on the contract and the contract depends on the asset, all three have to be right, or you get a system that produces confident wrong numbers.
Narrow, but never shallow
We refuse to build screens you will not use — and we refuse to skip the parts you cannot see. Proper database design, real permissions, audit trails. Depth where it matters, restraint everywhere else.
Fixed price, and you own it
The number is agreed before we start, and the code, the data and the domain are yours from the first commit. Understanding the job properly is also what makes a fixed price safe to offer.
What we do
Five things, done well
Narrow on purpose. We would rather be the right answer for a handful of problems than a mediocre one for everything.
Not sure which?
Describe the problem in plain language. We will tell you which of these fits — or that none of them does, if that is the honest answer.
Selected work
Five systems, five industries
Most began as a spreadsheet or a paper diary that had stopped coping. They are real, running products — not concept designs.

How it works
No surprises, by design
Most software projects go wrong in the gap between what was described and what was understood. Every step below exists to close that gap earlier.
- 01Free, 30–45 minutes
A conversation, not a questionnaire
You walk us through how the work actually happens today — including the spreadsheet nobody admits to. We ask the awkward questions early, because scope discovered in week six is what makes projects expensive.
- 022–4 days
A written scope with a fixed price
You get a document listing every screen, every report and every rule, with a price and a date attached. If it is more than you want to spend, we cut scope together until it is not. Nothing starts until you have said yes to that page.
- 03Weeks, not quarters
Build in the open
We deploy to a live staging link from the first week. You log in and click around while it is being built, so course corrections happen while they are still cheap, instead of at a handover meeting.
- 04Days
Go live, with your data in it
We migrate your existing spreadsheets into the database, train your team on the screens they will use, and switch it on. Real data on day one — a system full of dummy records never gets adopted.
- 05Ongoing, cancel any time
Support that you choose to keep
The first weeks of real use always find edge cases; those fixes are included. After that, take a monthly plan, call us per change, or run it yourself. The code and the database are yours either way.

Straight answers
The questions everyone asks first
Usually about money, and rightly so.
How much does custom software cost in India?
For a small business system, a realistic range is ₹75,000 to ₹4,00,000 depending on how many screens and how much business logic is involved. A single automation can start around ₹25,000. We publish starting prices on our pricing page and quote a fixed figure from a written scope before any work begins.
How long does it take to build?
A focused automation takes one to two weeks. A first working system with eight or so screens typically takes four to six weeks. A multi-module business system runs eight to fourteen weeks. You get a live staging link in the first week either way, so you are never waiting in the dark.
Why are you cheaper than a typical software company?
Start with what we are not — the cheapest quote you will receive. We aim to be the one most likely to build the right thing the first time, which is where the real saving sits: a system rebuilt because nobody understood the process costs more than either quote did. Beyond that, we carry no sales team or account-manager layer, we reuse a foundation already hardened across five production systems, and we deploy on infrastructure costing hundreds of rupees a month.
Do you work with businesses outside your city?
Yes. We are based in Chennai and work with clients across India remotely — the entire process, from scoping to training, works over video calls and a shared staging link. Local clients get on-site visits where it genuinely helps.
Tell us what is slowing you down.
A 30-minute call, no charge and no obligation. You will leave it with a straight answer on whether software is worth it — even if that answer is no.
