The problem
Management reporting means one person exporting from Tally, another from Excel, and a third rebuilding the same pivot every month. When the number looks wrong, nobody can trace where it came from.
How we approached it
A metadata-driven pipeline where nothing is hardcoded. Data lands in staging, gets mapped, transformed, validated and promoted to a canonical model, then a semantic layer turns raw ledgers into business categories. Every KPI is configurable and every number drills back to the source row.
