Services

Five things we do,
and one we don't

The one we don't: pretend to be a fit for every problem. Each service below has a plain list of what it suits and what it doesn't, because the wrong project is expensive for both of us.

Custom Software Development

Software shaped around how you already work — not the other way round.

Off-the-shelf software makes you change your process to fit its assumptions. Custom software does the opposite. The catch has always been price — which is exactly the part we have engineered down. Small, focused builds on a modern stack, delivered in weeks, at a fixed price agreed before a line of code is written.

4-10 weeks to a first working versionFixed price, quoted from scope

A good fit when

  • You are running the business on spreadsheets that have outgrown themselves
  • You tried a generic product and spent more time working around it than using it
  • You need 8 to 15 screens, not 200
  • Your process is genuinely specific to your trade

Web Application Development

One URL. The laptop at the desk and the phone on the floor.

Everything we build is a web application, which means there is nothing to install, nothing to update on each machine, and no separate mobile version to pay for. Staff open a link and log in. It works on a desktop in the office and a phone in a warehouse, and when we ship a fix, everyone has it immediately.

3-8 weeks depending on screen countFixed price, quoted from scope

A good fit when

  • Staff work across desks, sites and phones
  • You want one system, not a desktop app plus a separate mobile app
  • Data needs to be shared live between people in different places

ERP & Business Systems

The ERP modules you need, without the eighteen-month rollout.

Full ERP suites are priced and scoped for companies with an IT department. Most small and mid-sized businesses need six or eight of those modules and will never touch the rest. We build that subset properly — masters, transactions, documents, approvals, reports — and leave room to add the next module when you actually need it.

6-14 weeks to a first live module setFixed price per module set

A good fit when

  • Rental, manufacturing, trading, distribution or services operations
  • You have outgrown Tally for operations but still use it for accounts
  • You want to start with two modules and grow into six

Automation & Integration

Stop paying someone to retype what a computer already knows.

A surprising amount of office work is moving data between two systems that will not talk to each other, or producing the same report every month by hand. Automation is usually the cheapest software you will ever buy, because the scope is small and the saving repeats every single month.

1-4 weeksOur lowest-cost engagement — often a single week

A good fit when

  • Someone spends hours each week on copy-paste between systems
  • The same report is rebuilt manually every month
  • Customers ask for status updates that could be sent automatically

Deployment, Hosting & Support

Built is not the same as running. We do the second part too.

Plenty of projects die between the last commit and real usage. We deploy what we build onto managed cloud infrastructure, hand you the keys, and keep it patched and backed up. Hosting for a typical small-business system runs in the hundreds of rupees per month, not the tens of thousands.

Live in days, then ongoingMonthly plans, cancel any time

A good fit when

  • You have no in-house IT team and do not want to build one
  • You want predictable monthly running costs
  • You already have software built and need someone to keep it alive

Tell us what is slowing you down.

A 30-minute call, no charge and no obligation. You will leave it with a straight answer on whether software is worth it — even if that answer is no.
