Will it work on mobile without a separate app?
Yes. The interface is responsive, and where it helps we make it installable — staff add it to the home screen and it opens like an app, full screen, with its own icon. That is a fraction of the cost of building and maintaining two native apps.
What if the internet is slow at our site?
Pages are server-rendered and kept small, which is the single biggest factor on a weak connection. For genuinely intermittent connectivity we scope offline-tolerant entry screens separately, because that is real work and we would rather price it honestly than promise it for free.
