Rising Stars Arena
A public booking website for a multisport arena — slot booking with time-of-day pricing, UPI advance payments, and live ball-by-ball cricket scoring on the same site.
The problem
Turf owners run bookings over WhatsApp and a paper diary. Double bookings happen, the advance is hard to chase, and peak-hour rates get quoted from memory — so the busiest slots are often the ones sold cheapest.
How we approached it
Put the diary online and let the pricing rules enforce themselves. Customers see live availability and the correct rate for that exact hour on that exact day, pay the advance by UPI, and get a confirmed slot. The owner stops being the booking system.
